Maintenance Coordinator
Office hours: Mondays to Thursdays 07:30 – 15:30 and
Fridays 07:30 – 13:30
Responsibilities will include:
• Provides comprehensive in-house maintenance services for BCG properties.
• Receives daily tasks of maintenance requests for all types of works,
prepares the maintenance programmes and prioritises the daily tasks.
Liaison arranged with contractors, suppliers and landlords as required.
Escorting of utility suppliers.
• Supervises the daily and periodic preventive maintenance programmes
and complete the periodical maintenance schedules.
• Liaises and provides assistance to Health & Safety contracted
technicians.
Skills/Knowledge:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Holder of Electrical Licence from the local Electrical Authority
• Multi-task maintenance skills including plumbing and general
mechanical skills
• Health and Safety knowledge
• Fluent in English and good spoken and written Hebrew
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid driving licence
• Jerusalem ID Card
